On my first day as a freshman, during New Student Orientation (NSO), we were asked to describe ourselves with an adjective that starts with the same letter as our name. My name is Wesley, and I couldn't think of one on the spot. After some searching, I found "Wifty," meaning eccentrically silly or scatterbrained. It resonated with me, capturing my unique vibe.
As a graphic design student, I decided to turn "Wifty" into a brand that celebrates individuality and creativity. I began by reselling clothes, which led me to discover upcycled fashion. This ignited a passion for creating one-of-a-kind pieces, so I learned to sew and started crafting my own designs.
Wifty isn't just a brand; it's a movement encouraging everyone to embrace their unique style and creativity. Through Wifty, I aim to inspire others to express themselves and believe in their creative potential.
